My name is David Bell and I’m a Realtor in Phoenixville, PA with United Real Estate. I have lived in the Phoenixville area (Devon, Glenmoore, Exton, Phoenixville) all my life – I know it well. I have been selling real estate full time since 2003 and have sold over $100 million dollars of real estate – I have been around the block and know the pitfalls! And believe me there are pitfalls!
That’s how I see it anyway. You want a real estate agent who is going to be honest with you, who is knowledgeable about the area, who is a problem solver during negotiations, and who knows about the pitfalls in real estate. The difference between just an okay agent and an excellent one–you know, the kind you tell all your friends about–is the service they provide their clients in these areas.
When I’m not doing the real estate thing, I’m loving my family, cooking something on the grill, drooling over the latest gadget, or fixing up an investment property.
