Profile
I started my real estate career in my early 20’s after graduating from Mary Baldwin College in Virginia. At that time, I was working as a builder’s new home sales representative in Richmond, Va. This was a fascinating place to start my career because I experienced not only real estate sales but was also able to observe the building process up close as well.
In 1994, I moved to the Philadelphia area after marrying my husband, Art, who grew up on the Main Line. I have enjoyed working in the area of residential resale in the western suburbs of the Main Line on and off for 12 years. I enjoy working with clients of all different needs but have found a certain niche with representing new home buyers and move up buyers. I also have a specialized program to assist my senior downsizing clients who are faced with the task of downsizing their homes after many years. It is called Ready, Set, Sell! And for a reasonable separate fee I am able to assist in the home prep, staging and of course sale of the senior client’s home – making the transition less overwhelming for the client and their family. It has been a lifesaver for those clients with out of town grown children.
On a personal note, I have a son and daughter who attended Conestoga High School. I am also a member of St. Norbert Church in Paoli where I am active member of their Outreach Committee. I am also a member of the Corinthian Yacht Club of Philadelphia where my husband and I assist in running the Jr. Sailing Program.
Please contact me for all of your real estate need. I promise you diligent and personal service.
