Hi I’m Mark . . . Ok, you want to know about me. I am really easy to get to know because I am honest, straight forward and get right down to business. I am passionate about who I am, what I do, and my family & friends. I grew up in this area, Narberth to be exact. Yes! I am a Narb and you have to be a Local to understand it's deep seated ties to this entire area. Attended Archbishop Carroll High School, RETS, Villanova, Delaware County, Lucent Technologies, Years of Certified real estate training Courses & Designations.
As far as for my Corporate Experience: I have extensive knowledge in the Commercial & residential real estate arena – including all Sales, contracting, marketing & negotiations with 10 years experience and numerous continued education certification credits and designations( over and above what is required years over). This keeps me current and on top of the Market and your prospects. Then combing my experience in Telecommunications – Verizon Wireless – MTSO manager, Engineering. Everything going through the network, soup to nuts and then some with 17 years experience. This added to my understanding of facilities, building, operations and how everything meshes together to get you a better bottom line across all departments. Be it your Commercial business, facilities, or your Home.
I am invested in going ‘Green’, I've always wanted to play a larger role in helping the earth and saving energy – this is a way for me to help people make the change. I know the laws, rules and getting the facts prior to making decisions is imperative. Embracing change makes the difference. Change is good and I know how to make it work for you. I believe everyone should ‘stand – up’ to be Green and do their part to help save our planet which will make the difference.
I am an active person meaning; I have that 3rd gear and overdrive. I run, workout, eat healthy, compete, dance, make wine & beer (a glass or two – quality vintage only), I volunteer for many great causes, 2010-11 President of Paoli Malvern Berwyn Rotary club / board member, East Whiteland Environmental Council member, Green, Learning Chinese and Love and understand LED Lighting inside & out.
I talk to many clients here, and internationally about the products and services I offer. Honesty, Integrity, Education and simply get you the information you need to make an informed decision based on facts. Then I treat everyone like I would expect them to treat my family or me(results oriented).
